Our internet was not working Monday evening, thought little of it and reported it to TOT early yesterday.

Had a couple of people call me to run through the set up procedure via the interface to see if they could determiine the problem.Nothing was resolved at that time.

Called again in the afternoon and they were working on it but could not determine the cause. We had problems in the past but nothing for a couple of years so just thought it was our time!

The technicians rolled up at our des res today,early afternoon and within 5 minutes all was back up and running again.

Simple really they said. It would appear our neighbors had 3BB come and install their new internet service on Monday afternoon and decided to simply cut the wiring to our house and re-routed to our neighbour.

I believe the TOT technicians said something rather degrogatory about the capabilites of the 3BB technicians. clap2.gif

Neighbours are now without internet and had some choice words to say to 3BB who will be rolling up again tomorrow,guess we will know what the problem is if our internet is not working when they have gone. wink.png
