I tried to search a lot but was not able to get correct answer many people many answers , I hope that I would be able to get some nice advise here,

I am an Indian working in a Thai Company as Export Manager, My company is Manufacturer of steel furniture, correctly i got new job offer from another Thai company which I accepted , now my concern is about work permit and Visa, I am holding Non B visa Type Valid till Sept 2012, Visa was sponsored by my current company.

my Big question is that if I change my current job then I would be able to get new work permit on this same Visa or I have start all things from beginning. going back to India and apply fore new Non b visa there ? or I would be able to get new Visa from here only ?

second question , Do I need WP3 form to apply for new Non B visa ? or copy of my old work permit would be fine ??
