90 Day Reporting By Mail?

Featured Replies

Hello,

My 90 day reporting is due (first time) and I have a few questions...

I got the non-b visa from Khon Kaen and im now living in BKK....

1) Can I go to the local bkk office?

2) if not, can I mail my 90 reporting to any offices? (or it has to be to Khon Kaen) ?

3) My notice is 8 Dec, 2011 .. so my 90 day is due tomorrow, I read somewhere it has to be within 7 day of renewal due date. If I use registered mail with today stamp, is that ok?

Best thing would be to mail the form to Khon Kaen or simply go to local BKK office.

Any feedback would be appreciated

You are on a one year extension of stay for work from Khon Kaen but actually living in Bangkok? Is this location part of your work permit? If you have made a change it should be reported and start making reports in Bangkok if that is your new address. You will have to do in person as mail would already be too late to arrive on time (there is no window doing by mail).

licklips.gif Question: If I read it correctly he is on very short notice here...only 1 day. Can he then go to Chaeng Wattana and change his address to his Bangkok address and at the same time do his 90 day reporting there? Obviously they probably won't be happy with him doing that, but is it possible to do it all at once at Chaeng Wattana?

I read it report due tomorrow so if doing in person he has eight days. Yes he should be able to do both in one visit - he would be late doing report by mail to either location and that would likely result in 2k fine and need to report in person anyhow.
