Body of man found in waters off the Sattahip Pier

SATTAHIP:--The body of a man was found in the waters off the Sattahip Pier on Tuesday Morning.

The body was spotted in shallow water and when removed multiple stab wounds were seen throughout the man’s body and a rope was tied around his neck with a weight at the end of the rope, which kept the body on the seabed.

Police were called and although the man was wearing a wrist band featuring Thai language, they suspect he is a foreign fisherman. No one at the port was able to identify the man who had tattoos on his chest and both arms
