Real Carbon Work In Bangkok

Recommended Posts

I'm wanting to find a shop that can carbon wrap some plastic panels on my bike.

I don't mean the sticky-back carbon effect vinyl sheets in the local Big C, i'm after real carbon sheet and resin work.

I live close to Suvarnabhumi Airport but able to travel if a shop happens to be highly recommended.

Karl :)

They're not in BKK but you could try here http://tyga-performance.com/th/ as they might have some for the 2012 Ninja, if not I'm sure they will soon. I bought x8 carbon pieces for my 2010 Ninja 650R from them and they were top quality at a great price and offered quite a good discount when buying a few pieces. Delivery was within a few days.

I like the Tyga gear, nearly bought alot of their stuff before my VFR400 popped it's chain and smashed the gear box up :(

I'm happy to lay my own carbon sheet if anyone knows of a place to get hold of 50cm2 sheets? :)

You can order online, if you want. This website is my idea of a carbon junky, raw material suppliers wet dream: http://dragonplate.com/

I bought a screen for my NSR, it wasn't that bad.

2T exhausts price wise are about the same as anywhere but TYGA was number 3, I think, in the ranking for quality for all exhaust systems. So one gets what one pays for.

Their Maggot is what $130 not bad for a simple slip-on.

I should have written 'carbon cloth' not 'carbon sheet' as i want to lay it myself if i can't find anyone in Bangkok to do it for me :)
