Spouse Visa To Uk

Featured Replies

I wondering if there are any kind fellos out there to give me some information about getting a visa for a Thai wife. I am now in the process of going to England to live with my wife of 10 years and my two children 7 and 8 years. After about two hours, last night, not being able to find the spouse visa application form and reading that if i have been married more than 4 years, i can apply for Indefinate Leave to Stay (IDS)straight away, i was a little confused and irritated. So, do i apply for the spouse visa then tell them i want IDS? or Do i apply for IDS straight away? Does she need a health check, this would be strange becuase it only costs 40 baht for the one here, (say no more!!)? Any advice or link to the application form would be greatly appreciated.
