Iguana Escaped

Featured Replies

Has any one lost an iguana or something similar as there is a big one hanging around outside my house in the Bhan bho hin (chiangmai/doi sacket road)area its about 5 to 6 foot in length including tail and bright green underbelly.

That is one happy looking iguana, probably escaped or released and loving the freedom.

Buy it a few heads of wilted lettuce and cabbage at Muang Mai veggie market every few days. Feed it awhile and see if it accepts the food.

Maybe it can't be domesticated if wild...but if it escaped captivity it is a possibility.

Buy a dog collar and leash if successful at the above.

Take it for a walk, and become the hit of the neighborhood!

Then post it on YouTube, and have millions of hits......clap2.gif

OK, I know this is bad.

Let it enjoy its freedom......

Yep indeed......and that reminds me, I must rent Night of the Iguana, it's about time to see it again.

5 or 6 foot! Wow thats 5 times bigger than the Iguanas that used to be plonked on my head for polaroid photos in the Pattaya bars mid 90's ..

He looks happy..... however I'm scared his freedom might get him killed - is there alot of dogs around that area??
