Egypt Visa In Bangkok - How Long?

Hi all, hoping someone here can help as we cannot get the Egypt embassy on the phone.

We are in Chiang Mai, with flights booked to Europe visa Egypt in about a month. My husband, who is Vietnamese, needs an Egypt visa AND a French visa. We are trying to work out how to get both in one visit.

Does anyone know how long it takes the Egypt embassy to issue a multiple-entry tourist visa? We have the info about the French visa already.

Thanks RabC. My daughter and I can get a visa on arrival in Cairo but my husband, who is a Vietnamese citizen cannot. So we need to get a visa for him in Bangkok.
