We recently had out 2 pet cats microchipped and were sent off from the vets with the name of the company "Trovan". The vet told us to go to their website and you pay to have them registered on a database... I have been to the site and there is no such part to register.. Called the vet and she says she doesn't know (helpful!) anyone already done this that knows where?

Also I keep hearing the word microchip card - but we were never given one.. Again the vet says she doesn't know.. Did anyone else get one?
