Tilapia (pla nin) an pla dook (looks like a catfish) are good depending on how they are cooked. You will find them cooked on a grill everywhere. The Tilapia will be coated in sea salt and pla dook has a yellow colored marinade on it. Also pla Chon is very good. (Snakehead). 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
