Well, it probably does not matter that much what work it will be, if its a full time job, the chances of finding someone permanently are rather slim.

Try Burmese instead.....(unless its an office job). Good luck.....

I know someone else looking for staff too, they seem to be told that after Songkran, (New Year) workers will come out the "wood work" .... meanwhile.... who knows???.. but I would tend to agree that sometimes the Burmese can be more reliable but it does depend on the work and conditions ... a matter of getting the word out.... ? some times that works!
