actually, it is this one on the southwest corner of siri mankalajam 1 and nimmana haimenda 11, near the insect museum. it is ______ palace, but the sign is blocked.

It used to be the Green Palace Hotel but was sold about a year ago. The "Green Palace" sign is long gone but it is still a hotel. Rooms start at 400 baht/night. Don't have a clue if they offer long-term rates.
