Hi,

My friend (Burmese) who just recently graduated from a Thai University also got a job at the same University. Now, in order to apply for the Non-B Visa (Switching from a ED Visa) she has to submit several documents including one in particular:

"Letter from Ministry of Education" which as explained to me is an approval for hiring a foreigner..

So how does my Burmese friend get this letter? Is there a service that will put together papers?

Thank you.

I believe her employer should get that document form the Ministry of Education. She cannot apply for it in her own name.
