Has anyone seen anything like this on sale in Thailand?

They are everywhere...construction workers, gardeners and caddies use them. Find a Thai store/market and they should have these.

Some of the girls should have them too

... to cover up their delicate skin.

Yes, lots around. My wife uses one that is a hat with a wide brim and face covering as in the photo.

All the guys fishing use them too.

If you can't find one then use a T-shirt, put it over your head with your face poking out of the neck opening then close it to a slit in front of your eyes.

Tie the rest of the shirt behind your head and then put a hat on.

It's the fashion rage for Thai construction workers.

Those hats are in all the Thai local markets though, look for one at your nearest construction site or labour camp.
