edwinchester
Wondering if anyone knows if there any filling stations selling benzine 95 in Kanchanaburi. I know there is gasahol 95 but I do not want that preferring 'proper' petrol. Thanks for reading. Kwasaki
Getting rare these days and I guess we be completely gone pretty soon. If you post on car forum or bike forum, you may get more answers. Unless your transport is very old most vehicle can run on the fuels available in Thailand.
edwinchester
Thanks for the reply. I have an old nsr150sp that I occasionally dust off and take out. It runs ok on 91 but a friend of mine swears his ran alot better on 95 so would just like to give it a try. Posted with Thaivisa App http://apps.thaivisa.com Yeah, you running it on 91 benzene is OK that is the least octane fuel you can run in an sp, is it an RR by the way ? You can get octane boosters additive maybe in Bangkok or on-line. Just thought, I think !! not too sure though, you may be able to get a conversion kit for the sp, making the carb and rubber components compatible with gasohol and then you could go with 95. edwinchester
Thanks for the info. It's an sp, single sided swinging arm. Somebody else told me about octane boosters so I'll look into that as well as the possibility of a kit that allows gasohol.
