Spoke to a neighbour today who said he attended an Easter Sunday service at Lumpini, said it was really good with plenty of gospel singing and the like.. The priest/vicar was from the UK.

Theres a.number of places that have service in English but not sure what denomination church you are looking for

Ruamrudee church in soi Ruamrudee

Another is at the end of sukhumvit soi 2

    I enjoy services at the Anglican (US=Episcopal) church on the corner of Soi Convent and Sathorne, nice community get-together lunch for B50 afterward.
