Would like to learn some basic Thai. Any search engine produces plenty of "Thai-Online-Courses". Key words are: "easy, fast, fun, learn in no time at all"....etc,etc. But only a few offer free trials. (Most want my money first and then I am left to decide if the money was well spent or not !).

Anyone out there, that can recommend (by personal experience), a course that was worth the money ?

There is a free Foreign Service Institute Thai Lessons where you can download the lessons in PDF and

mp3 audios. I do believe it was recommended by some posters on here some time ago. You might try it out before spending money.
