Hello, newbie here living in Trang. Do any of you living in muang Surat Thani? If so can either direct me to some websites with houses to buy or rent in Surat?

If not, any guidelines on how much houses are to buy or rent there. Something like a single story 3 bedroom house with a bit of a garden. What moobans are good what are bad (flooding).

Can you get a nice house for 6,000b a month or 2.5-3m to buy?
