I'm looking for a shipping agent to quote me for a door-to-door airfreight service from Bangkok to the Netherlands.

I need to ship 1000 t-shirts (approx. weighing 150 gram each) to The Hague next month. I just sent 500 t-shirts with DHL but I'd like to know what the costs are with a shipping agent.

You should call a number of logistic freight agents to compare quotes on size of the packages plus the weight of the package. You can google them on the internet.

Finding things on google depend a lot on the right search terms and maybe I search wrong.. I called around some agencies I found on google and only got quotes for port-to-port (and one quote for door-to-door that makes DHL look cheap).. Probably Songkran is not the best time to call around.

I don't know how these things work, but I'm guessing that I need to look for a freight agent that has good relations with an agent in the Netherlands.

I'm actually hoping that a member of Thaivisa can push me in the right direction.
