You don't say too much. Where are you staying? How long and for what reason you want to go to Thailand?

Karlsruhe is quite helpful. Hamburg, Stuttgart are ok. All depends where you live and what is convenient for you

Try Karlsruhe:

Royal Thai Honorary Consulate, Stuttgart

Stephaniestr.22, 76133 Karlsruhe

Tel. (0721) 2031456

Fax. (0721) 2031457

Or any near you:

Preferably, use a Honorary Consulate...

You can enter Thailand for 30 days without a visa if you have outbound ticket and funds to support yourself. You would have to check with Royal Thai Consulate in Germany if you want to apply for a visa there to obtain requirements.
