Jetlak Treatment After Temperature Change,Got Fever!

Featured Replies

Hello!

When I stay only one month in Thailand , then I have no problem when I come back home!

But this time after nearly 20 hours of journey and waiting in Abu dabi I got fever on the next day and sore shroat!

When the temperature goes down, from 40 to only 10 degree!

I think there is no treatment for this?

When I fly back to Thailand, from cold to hot , I never have problems!

It is extremely easy to pick up a respiratory virus on airplanes, between the fatigue and sharing the same cabin air with a large number of people in a small space. I find taking zinc (zinc lozenges if available, or a vit c + zinc preparation) very helpful. bets if done at first sign of symptoms.
