Where To Find Electronic Components Anywhere In Thailand?

Recommended Posts

Hi all ! smile.png

I have been searching on the forum and also browsed something like 25 pages in the hobby section to find this, but nothing!

What i am looking for, are transistors, condenser, resistances, etc.. that kind of stuff, i am not interested in replica toys or anything like that, it must to be a place willing to sell to the general public.

I would like to build by myself an usb servo controller to start with, but future projects are a touchscreen desk and other stuff i can have some fun when i am not busy with ThaiVisa laugh.png , for the servo controller i am also considering the purchase of one already assembled, as long as it works and the prices are reasonable, just to start with, but to find a proper shop is a must, thank you for any help in advance thumbsup.gif

Surayu, are you in Bangkok? If so you should definitely go to Bahn Mo, it's the electronics district in the city. You can find pretty much anything you may need there, the act of actually finding it among the hundreds of small shops being the fun of it. :)

Electronics Source is located in that area, not sure about the others. I've been to ES many times and they have good service although slow if you show up at the shop, expect to wait around for half an hour or more while they put your order together. You can also order by mail, they deliver quite fast.

At Ban Moh check "Ban Moh Plaza" there are three entrances but they are easy to miss, inside there are dozens of shops that not only sell all sort of electronic components and hardware but also automation and robotics hardware, so if you are planing to make something move with those servos this is a good place to get ball bearings, gears, rails, shafts, etc, etc...
