May 3, 201214 yr I have booked a flight on PG using accumulated points with no problem. However when I go to their web site to pay using the e-service, I can't proceed any further from the itinerary page after clicking "pay" I've ensured the acknowledgement check box at the bottom of the page is checked. It seems to work ok using a Windows OS, except that my card keeps getting rejected, despite assurances from my card issuer that there is no problem with my card. May 6, 201214 yr I am using OSX 10.7.3, and Safari (with AdBlock installed), and I have no issues booking flights on Bangkok Airways' website.
May 7, 201214 yr Same here, never had any problems with Bangkok Air's site.... I didn't use "Accumulated points" though, not sure what that is or how that works...
May 7, 201214 yr Author I've not had any problems booking a full fare flight, only with this rewards redemption flight. Next time I'll just carry out the whole booking with payment, rather than trying to pay the balance later.
