What Do I Need To Do To Get Any Of These Documents?

I just need 1 of the below papers. At this moment in time the business won't be operating but in order to take care of something else that needs setting up in preparation I need the below. Would I have to pay tax each month in order to get these papers? Even if the business was making zero income? I am also setting this up for a Thai friend so don't need it to have anything to do with farang only costs. A friend has told me I could go and get a company registration document for a few hundred baht and all I need is an address and a Thai Name? Is this true? Thanks.
