Looking For Weights

Featured Replies

Ok, so I am looking for something between 1.1-1.5kg The gym I am going to has, at the smallest, 2.5kg. I am on a program where I up the weight ~5lbs each time I do that exercise, so for my squats I am adding 15lbs over a 3day split and I am going to reach a point soon where I will fail when adding 5kg each time, I've already reached that point on my presses...

Anyways, so I went to sportsworld at KSK and they only had 1 1.1kg weight. Central department store had nothing, an exercise machine shop at the moat near Ratchamankhan wanted 1400B for the pair, which is INSANE

So if you know of any other reasonably priced places, please inform me, else I will have to ask if they can order the weights for me at KSK, but I don't want to wait.

Try to find some big magnets. They work great for micro-loading.

Where to find magnets in Chiangmai? I have no idea.

supersports at kad suen kaew will order you weights, but it might take a while.

I ordered some last year, and they eventually arrived. Make sure you keep the name of the person that ordered them for you, because the usual communications issues apply.

Yeah, going to have to order the weights, unless I get two 1kg bags of mangoes haha

You might try the other super sports at Robinsons

use a back pack with a book maybe

Find some chain, saw them using chain in one of the body builder mags when I was back in the states
