Hi all, is the Friendship Bridge (Nong Khai) open 'till 10pm?

And is the Lao visa on arrival window open till 10pm also?

Yes 10PM on the Thai side of border but in order to get across the bridge and get a visa on arrival for Lao you should be there no later than 9PM (the more time the better).

And I think you pay an extra 100 Bhat for late service. I am sure that I read it here on TVF or saw a notice about that at the border, but I have been wrong before.

Forgot to mention that. Overtime charge for the Lao visa. I don't recall the amount.

Take US dollars if you can it will be cheaper than Thai baht. (for the Laos visa on arrival)
