Also why does it have to be CS 5 or 6. I will tell you right now that cs 4 will do 99% of what 5 or 6 will do. As long as the end result is the same does it really matter? As for the direct answer. Go to CMU department CAMT, they have a software engineering department, and animation programming for games. Also their programs are taught in English, so most students and lecturers can communicate most of your needs. You could hire students or even the lecturers.
