Govt believes BKK safe from floods

BANGKOK, 19 May 2012 (NNT) – Science and Technology Minister Plodprasop Suraswadi has ruled out the possibility of floods in Bangkok, saying the rainy season this year is coming late as forecast.

Thailand's 'Red Shirts' in mass Bangkok rally
