These will be scanned by their computers for keywords relating to whatever or whoever they happen to be looking for at the moment. As long as the surveillance is only used to chase terrorists and foreign intelligence agents, there is no reason to worry, because the information will be kept secret from law enforcement and tax office. If ever the surveillance is used for general law enforcement and chasing tax frauders, there will be nothing to keep some people from using the information for political /power purposes.
