My wife made a mistake by registering wrong name for our new born. I did asked her how to change but she say she do not know.

Any advice? Where can I do it? What documents to bring along?

Go to the amphur, the both of you, they are the ones who would record a name change. Maybe they can even change the brirth certificate.

Documents will be birth certificate and maybe household registration where the child is on.

For both the parents to be sure I would take marriage certificate, ID card/passport and house registration as well.
