My Thai spouse does not have her vaccination records from childhood. We're here in the USA now applying for a greencard and the civil surgeons say they will need to do tests that could run up to $700 to find out which vaccinations she still needs.

She's 37, has anyone been successful in obtaining vaccination records this old from Thai hospitals/schools or from the government?
