Kawasaki Main Dealers

Featured Replies

Hi,

I live 5 hours drive drom Chiang mai.

I have a feul injection problem and the bike has to go to the main dealers.

I'm going to have to ship my bike down to them and have them tell me how much it will cost to fix it.

I feel like I'm writing a blank check.you know what I mean.

Does any one know what thay are like to deal with, because feul injection parts are expensive.

All advice appreciated.

I know them well and they will only charge you what it costs to fix, they are a family business and have a good reputation in CM. The injection parts are imported from Japan so are a little expensive. All depends on what parts are required and what bike etc.

well thats very good news indeed, thank you very much.

Just to make shure, there is only one kawasaki main dealer in Chiang mai, right.

do you have the address or phone number just to be sure we're talking about the

same place.

That was better news than I expected.

Thanks again.

If you live 5 hours drive from Chiang Mai there's probably a closer dealer I would have thought. Suppose it depends on how fast you drive and the roads though.

If the bike is under warranty then faulty Fi shouldn't cost you anything to have repaired as it should be covered. That is unless it's been run on an incorrect fuel type i.e. 95 Gasohol etc.

The guys down at Kawasaki are very good and fair but the workshop is usually backed up so a quick fix is not always done quickly.

hope you get it sorted and you're back on the road soon though.
