Too simplistic. As with any service based industry, it depends on many variables, including extent of cover required - including routine visits, which is what you seem to be looking for, is obviously more expensive - whether or not you are looking to insure just local staff, or expat as well, financials - that goes without saying, but discounts can vary from 10% to over 40%.

You would be well advised to consult a broker/advisor.
