Right thats that done hope i didnt miss anything.

Im going back end of June to tie the knot (no pun intended) and start the paper work for a settlement visa.

I have been getting all the letters and photos and what nots together but i think i have a problem, but hope you guys that have done this before will help.

Im missing about the first 3 poss 4 mths of emails/ proof. Do you think this will become a problem ? ie get knocked back for the visa.

Thanks for any help or links

O ye. If anyone has any links/tips on the paper work it will be gratefully appreciated as im doing this myself, cant afford another £900 on top of the 800 for the visa XXXXX for the wedding and all the rest of the stuff that goes with it.

Cheers again .

You've known each other 19 months and are missing emails etc. for the first 3 or 4 months of that? Don't worry; not a problem.

If you feel it necessary you could put a note in your sponsor's letter to say that you didn't bother keeping them until you started to realise the relationship was getting serious.

You may find UK Settlement Visa Basics and the links therein helpful.
