I am searching for several telecommunication all over the world via google. There a lot of them who are very expensive but not as excellent as what you expected, lack of support, bad quality of voice when you are making an outbound and inbound calls. I used different voip sip credentials and made a test, i found out that there are some provider has good quality with much cheaper rates offered.

You will find the same thing if you search for pretty much anything consumer related.

Skype works well.

I use a mobile phone, works great.
