Teenage motorbike theft gang arrested by Police in Pattaya

PATTAYA:--Six youths accused of stealing motorbikes have been arrested by Banglamung Police.

A press conference was held in front of Banglamung Police Station by Police Colonel Pisit, Deputy Commander of Chonburi Provincial Police who announced the arrest of four teenagers under the age of 18 who cannot be named for legal reasons and two over the age of 18, Khun Pisanoo aged 19 and Khun Wirapot aged 18.

The group are thought to be part of a team which had already been arrested by Police earlier in the month and would steal motorbikes to-order in the Pattaya, Banglamung and Laem Chabang areas.

It never amazes me how criminals are caught and just let go in such a short period of time here. How are they to learn remorse for their crimes when there seems to be no suitable punishment?

If the lad on the left goes around nicking bikes wearing those trousers, little wonder he got bloody caught....he's not exactly gonna blend into a crowd.
