David Moyes has confirmed that Manchester United have made a second bid for Cesc Fabregas and has warned that he is not ready to give up on his pursuit of the Barcelona star.

United manager Moyes said at a press conference at Yokohama’s Nissan Stadium today that chief executive Ed Woodward is still in touch with the Spanish club about Fabregas after submitting a second bid thought to be in excess of £30million, which would be a new club record.

Same story on BBC & Sky News

Personally, I think if this goes through it will be the best signing so far......great player, tried and tested.

The BBC, are seemingly the only ones running with the second bid rejected story, for those that need to know.

36, I think is too much but, it's United isn't it, and Smokie would probably say that's a good number...!! ;)

Hahahaha....

At present we're being linked with Fabregas, Modric, Cabaye, Bale, Ronaldo, Felaini, and Baines.

You are selling plenty of newspapers. The only surprise is that so many people don't have internet access! biggrin.png

Score and you finish, miss and you go again.

Looks like DM is making the training sessions fun.

one controlling touch and in , shouldn't be 2 difficult,...... however it was only man utd biggrin.png

I wonder how long it would take Adebayor or Defoe to scorethumbsup.gif

Barcelona have told Manchester United that Cesc Fabregas is not for sale.

Villas-Boas: Tottenham will not sell Bale for any price

Is that plain enough English for ya, now go to plan z you numpties biggrin.png

Man Yoo's barber is having sleepless nights worrying about the imminent arrival from Everton.

If you believe quotes that players are not for sale ....you really are thicker than i thought Alfred....go back in the corner,fuc_k knows what you lot will be like when GB does leave w00t.gif

We'll sign a player for 20-30m to replace him and move on happily with 50m in the kitty. Its a no lose situation as he will be playing in Spain. smile.png

I agree Smokie you have not had the hard push yet but if United and Madrid really do start then be prepared.

I agree the extra money will sway it Madrid's way and of course playing on the opposite wing to Ronaldo in the Champions League.

It really is up to Bale if he has got the bottle to take on a challenge or be sedentary for another season doesn't it.

I understand you all think you can win something this season with your new signings but the real truth is you won't and IF he does stay expect a mad one at xmas for him.
