How To Deal With Bangkok Heat?

Featured Replies

Accept it,

Dont worry

Dont rush

Live and eat healthy

Dont rely on ac

Dont drink to much alcohol

Im outside alot in every hour of the day. Just try to stay abit in the shades.

Also very important, drink plenty water. But also a sprite/fanta or any sweet drink 1 or 2 time a day. Because you sweat alot so you also lose salt and minerals. Thats why it is important to eat some rice dish with fish sauce or something in daytime to keep your salt level good and not start to feel dizzy/tired. If you feel that already, eat some potato chips.

If you eat and live healthy, sport regular your sweat not should have and bad odour.
