The eye clinic at Si-Paht (Sriphat) Medical Center--which is part of Chiang Mai University clinics--has an excellent eye department. You'd do well to discuss your concern with Dr Paradee; she has performed total lens replacements for me as well as a couple of friends here. She will either be able to help you herself, or recommend another doctor who specializes in eyelids.
