If you are only needing 15 days then the only documents you need are your passport and a photograph . Go to the Thai office, easy to find, follow the crowd, stamp out, walk accross the bridge you will see the Cambodia office over to your right. fill in the form, easy, stick your photo on it pay your 1000 baht and after a short wait you will get your passport back. Walk up past the Casinos and stamp into Cambodia, sometimes pay 200 baht for one day stay only, cross the road and stamp back out of Cambodia, walk back down and stamp into Thailand and get your fifteen days.

Don't accept help from the many who will pester you and try to help you, do it all yourself. the only time your passport will not be in your hands is when it is being stamped in the offices. any offers of help you get from the locals could get you some problems so just smile say no thanks walk on and ignore them.

Don't be tempted to buy anything to bring back out with you, Viagra etc, almost everything you see is a copy or can get in trouble on the Thai side

Get an e-visa from here

http://www.mfaic.gov.kh/evisa/

It takes a couple of days and you receive it by e-mail. It has your photo on it so no need to take a separate photo. Print it out with the bar code. 2 copies needed.

Go through Thai immigration get stamped out and walk the short distance to the Cambodian side.

Keep walking straight on and on the right past the casinos is the Cambodian immigration. fill in the form. Hand over passport and e-visa. Get passport back.

On the other side of the road is where you go to get your exit stamps from Cambodia. Passport & e-visa again. 2 minutes and stamped out. Walk back to the Thai side, fill in the card and you get your entry visa.

Alternatively without an e-visa, on the Cambodian side there is an office on the left side. They will sort your visa for extra money, give you a full page stamp and you are done. Come back to Thailand.
