Hi

I brought a sony DVD handycam but I am having trouble saving the files to my computer. I can play the disc on my computer no prob but when I try and save a file it gets 3/4 the way through and say unable to copy file any ideas ?

I can save other DVD movies to my computer no problem

yes tried several disc

I am going to try to save files with movie maker as some here sugested when I knock off work

You would have thought so... Have you tried copying the files when the cam is connected to mains power, it could be going into standby after a minute or so of copying, which may fuk the transfer up
