Big Problem To Get The Duplicate Of Thai Birth Certificate For My Girlfriend

My girlfriend had a very old BC ( 27 years )and can't read well what it's write.. My Embassy don't accept it. We need to register our baby at my Embassy, so they need her BC or Attest of the place of the birth..

So we go to Amphoe with her or something like to Amphoe. She's was born at Kamphaeng Phet. We go also to Phitsalunok, but they needed to we go back to Kamphaeng Phet for it !

We go to ask some duplicate of Birth Certificate or the ตัวอย่างหนังสือรับรองสถานที่เกิดบิดาหรือมารดา ( Attest of the place of the birth ) it can work also the same way of BC for Embassy..

They seems don't want to do at all this paper, also my girlfriend take come her father who was work at this Amphoe 10 years ago ! and go with papa mama, & tabian ban book..

So, they only give a some copy of BC, but the copy can't read so also.. Embassy don't accept it.. They say can't do anything more..

How I can do now ? I need to show my Embassy the Original of Birth Certificate or the "Attest of the place of birth" but we go two times, they're impossible to make it, also we say we can find two people who will be garantee for her self.. but this Amphoe are very stupid, we don't know what to do really ? Maybe go to Bangkok somewhere ? Take a laywer ?

We're in bad situation now !

Yes a lawyer can be useful in such a case and should probably be your first step (as BC is unreadable as recorded).
