I came into thailand on the 9th april, which then entitled me to stay until the 7th of july,(3 MONTHS),however,i left the country on the 24th may,and returned on the 26th may,and got my second 3 months up till 22nd august.I then went to ranong on the 22nd,and got another 3 months up till 19th november when i went to ranong again.

Sounds a bit confusing i know, but im due to do my visa again on the 17th feb, will i get another 3 months when i come back in to thailand,or do i have to reappl for my non immigration visa again?

Thanks for your help,

PR.

Scouse.

As long as the date on your Consulate issued visa has not pasted when you return you will receive a 90 day stay stamp from immigration. So if you entered Thailand the first time (9 April) soon after you received the visa and it is valid for one year you should be fine. The permitted to stay stamp can run longer than the visa validity date so you will still be able to stay the full 90 days before you have to either extend your stay or leave and obtain a new visa.

Just to back up what Lop said, so long as you enter Thailand before the expiry date of your visa you will get a full 90 day stamp.

There is some debate as to whether the visa will work on the actual last date because it says 'must be used BEFORE', however I'm not aware of anyone being refused entry.
