F (Official) Visa: Process And Place (Cambodia Or Malaysia?)

I have to leave the country to get a F (Official) Visa.

I would like to know:

1) what documents I need,

2) how long it will take to get the visa (in both Cambodia and Malaysia as times my differ), and

3) which place is better for this type of visa.

That is a visa that is not that often issued, so I didn't see many reports about it. But you at least will need letters from the organisation/employer in question. Might be better to try and contact the embassy/consulate you will try. Kuala Lumphur might be a good choice to try.

Malaysia (or Laos) will probably quicker, as there you smbit day 1 before noon and pick it up the next work day in the afternoon. Cambodia reportedly takes 4 days to issue.
