I am on an insurance claim and need a doctor that will be willing to become a Washington state Department of Labor and Industries medical provider. craigt3365 Posted June 22, 2012 Share Posted June 22, 2012 I'd recommend contacting the various hospitals directly. Bangkok Pattaya and Bumrungrad are two that come to mind.
