Bit confused..

Want to pay my TOT bill online, either directly to them, or via Kbank Cyber.

Problem is i cannot see clearly what company to use via Kbank Cyber. No company in the list says TOT. Maybe comes under a different name?

Would prefer to pay via kbank.

However, if cannot, then is there an alternative via TOT site? Im just finding it rather unclear...

They show up as TOTELEC in the Bangkok Bank online payment system.

Seems Kbank doesnt have that option. :/

I couldn't find it through kcyber banking either but I finally managed it through TOT e-service.

Go to https://www.toteservice.com/home/index

You can select English language at the top.

Select Register free, give the info they ask for and you should then be able to associate your bills with the account and pay online.

I have only adsl internet from TOT. Can i use this or similar service?

and my user id y38 xxxxxx and not 038 since i have not phoneline service..

I have actually just added a TOT fibre optic line also which doesn't have a telephone number associated with it.

When I get my first bill, (should be very soon) I plan to just go to a TOT office and ask them how I can pay it online. On the phone they told my wife you just need to register the user name but I am not going to even try that until the bill is due

Well, I thought no harm of trying and I just registered using page https://www.toteservice.com/home/index

I put my adsl username there where they ask "landlinephonenumber".

Registration went through and i can now login to "my memberarea"

I do not see any bills there yet. I am waiting also my first bill. MY TOT internet line started working at beginning of this month..

Next month i am going back to Europe for a month or so, so it would be nice to take care of things like these online..
