Where To Repair A Sound Surround System

Featured Replies

I have a surround system (LG) 18 months old) which works fine with TV input and output. But have recently experienced a "disc error" on some music dvd's. Have tried the same DVD's on the computer and they work fine regarding audio and video reception. It appears that the amplifier has problems with recognising the disc. Hence the "error report of disc error".\

Any answers to a repair facility to alleviate this anomaly would be appreciated.

Many thanks

Go to Big C Extra on the super highway that used to be Carrefore. Outside the store on the far western end is an electronic repair shop and also sell electronic parts for those DIY people. Another is at Bic C on the Hong Dong highway inside the mall downstairs on the northern end.

I have used the one on the super highway a couple of times. No problems.

Cheers,

Randy

Go to the MAIN Amorn Repair Center behind Icon Plaza. Don't bother with the two little outlets at Big C Super and Hang Dong. They are O.K. for the most basic repairs but the main repair facility has about 25 technicians and many are highly specialized in certain technologies.

Thank you both for your input/advice. Will try Amorn in central Chiang Mai s suggested in Icon Plaza. Thank you so much
