Hi

Can anyone help please. we are applying for a UK settlement visa, she has already had a settlement visa in 2007 and we returned to Thailand in 2009 so we are now re-applying for a new one.

Does my Thai wife need to include her Thai birth certificate with the supporting documents she has her ID card and previous passport(which has her old settlement visa in it)?

Also my parents are supplying accommodation does there bank statements and land deeds need to be original?

Many thanks

You should cover the full application remember minimum income comes into force on July 09 2012.

  • Bank statements
  • Evidence of accommodation in the UK a letter confirming third party support
  • Have you a job offer in the UK
