Isan Slang Phrase Help

Featured Replies

A friend spent a few years in Isan back in the early 70's and likes to use the Thai he picked up back then when we talk. He asked me about a phrase that he thought he remembered. I don't know much slang or rough language so I thought I would ask here. What he pronounced was "ee hee kill". I am familiar with the first two words but I don't know what he was trying to say with the third. His translation was "your lips are flapping in the breeze" spoken to a woman of course. Anybody know what the third word should be, preferably in Thai script so I can pronounce it correctly for him.
