Note that either one may well have a full branch there, and if not likely do so in the neighborhood if that helps.

Siam COmmercial Bank does indeed have a satellite branch at the airport.

Note - do anything banking related before you go through immigration. The 2 small branches through there are for exchange only. Even their ATM machines are only for pulling out cash, and not in Baht either; USD, Pounds and Euro.
